Hello! I am Adrian, expected to graduate in Spring '24, majoring in International Business, with a double minor in Sociocultural Anthropology and Real Estate Development. Although my project will focus on reptile consumption in China (snakes and water amphibians), I personally have never eaten snake, but I have had tortoise shell jelly during visits to Hong Kong and Macau. My favorite type of food is undoubtedly Chinese cuisine- particularly Cantonese foods- but I enjoy all the various cuisines China has to offer. If I had to choose some favorite dishes from the vast selection of Chinese dishes, I would say that Hainan Chicken Rice and Wonton Noodle Soup are two notable standouts for me!
