One of my favorite foods is Bún Riêu, which is a Vietnamese crab, shrimp, and tomato noodle soup.

I was raised around Vietnamese food since I am Vietnamese American. My mom's is my favorite variation, and it's unfortunate I can only get a version that tastes like hers when I am home. 

I rarely see the flavors of tomato mixed with crab and shrimp in other dishes, so this is unique!
