In the Fall of 2023, I studied abroad in Madrid, Spain. My favorite Spanish food that I tried was a crispy potato dish with a spicy sauce called patatas bravas. It became a weekly tradition for my friends and me to order this delicious food with a glass of wine at tapas restaurants.
