Creamy Banana Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients
Serves 1
2 banana, sliced and frozen
¾ cup Greek yogurt
½ cup milk of your choice (I used almond)
1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)
Directions
Place all the ingredients in a blender. Pulse until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a glass and top with a couple of banana slices if you like.
Serve immediately!
