Huge cat claw reaches out of the box in a huge arching swipe, d6 damage to one target directly within 1ft. of the box.
The closest creature you intended to harm with opening the box is instead healed by d4 damage. BUT if you intended to heal then instead you cause d4 of damage.
You produce fake copies of yourself up to d6 times. You all stand in a line causing confusion. WIL save will help determine fake from real. This lasts for 2 rounds.
Hedgehog crawls from the box, turns around and shoots his quills in a 20” cone radius for d4 damage each quill.
For d3 rounds, all allies gain +2 temporary HP points.
Any objects in a 20” radius suddenly float and move about, causing line of sight and combat hazards for 1 round.

Roll a d4, on a 1 an ally turns into a bat until a remove curse is performed. On a 2,3,4 your intended target turns into a bat.
Your intended target is paralyzed for 1d4 rounds.
Ley lines open up, giving you a full day of spell usage for free. Costing you no usage dots for the day.
Black cat jumps from the box and attacks either friend or foe. Roll a d4, evens it attacks your enemy, odds it attacks allies and you.
OOPS, you accidentally pass out for the round.

All of the target's actions for 2d4 turns are accompanied by theme music and pop-up balloons containing his thoughts.
The owner of the box gains 1 experience level.
1d4 silver daggers fly at the target. Daggers contain 10 pips worth of silver metal each.

The target is suddenly turned into a plant commonly found in the area of combat.
1d4 flame arrows shoot at the target. Roll each attack separately. Arrows do Heavy ranged damage.
The box owner is suddenly turned into a Fairy for 1d8 rounds. You take on all traits and abilities found in a fairy.

A field of mushrooms sprouts around the box. They are treated as rations when picked. They will either heal 3 HP or damage 3HP (50/50% chance) when eaten.
