Library reminders for on-site visitor accommodation this Second Semester, AY 2024 - 2025
Document Delivery Service is a free electronic document delivery service for the UP Manila community. We are offering this service to accommodate library users who were unable to visit the library to borrow resources due to on campus entry restrictions.
It enables a library user to obtain scanned copies of a book chapter or journal article from the UP Manila Libraries' print collections.
When a library user makes a request, we'll scan the needed book chapters, journal articles and send them via email for personal study and research.
Who may avail of this service?
UP Manila faculty, students, REPS, and staff
How to avail of this service?
Visit UPM's Online Public Access Catalog to search for print books and journals available in UPM Libraries.
Accomplish the Document Delivery Request form using your official UP email. Alternately, you can email your request to [email protected] or directly to the college library where the book chapter or journal article is available.
Kindly ensure that you have indicated all the pertinent information concerning your requested materials. Our library staff will not process any request with incomplete bibliographic details.
For book chapter request - Call Number, Book Title, Author and Chapter Title;
For journal article request - Journal Title, Volume/Issue No. and Article title
Once completed, the library staff will send scanned copies of the requested materials to the student's email.

Limitations on Scan and Deliver Service are related to the capacity of available staff resources.

Requests for more than one hundred pages or encompassing entire works are not allowed.
UP Manila Libraries reserves the right to process one request per person per day, depending on staffing and overall request volume.
