Responsibilities and Duties:

• Store ski and snowboard at the designated ski rack when guest leave their equipment at the valet.

• Store boots at the designated boot rack when guest leaves their boots at the valet.

• Retrieve ski, snowboard, and boots when guest pick their item at the valet.

• Deliver an enthusiastic and professional level of customer service at all time

• Greet customers when they arrive at the store and ask if they need assistance

• Consistently follow the steps of the service cycle

• Keep the area clean, safe and organized

• Maintain storage of equipment in racks

• Communicate with other staff on product levels/availability and assist in operations as needed

• Snow removal at Hotel entrance

• Assist families in the placement and labeling of ski/snowboard equipment

• Other duties as assigned

Period of Employment

• From November, 2025 to April, 2026

Work Hours:

• Max 40 hours per week

• Shift work between 8:00 am - 9:00 pm 

Pay Rate:

• Depending on previous experience , please ask us at your interview  :)  Possibility of higher hourly wage if you are Bilingual (English, Japanese, Chinese)

• Overtime pay   (25% increase in hourly wages.)

• Holiday work pay  (35% increase in hourly wages.)

仕事内容

• ゲストがバレーにスキーやスノーボードを預けた際には、指定のスキーラックに保管する

• ゲストがバレーにブーツを預けた際には、指定のブーツラックに保管する

• ゲストがスキー、スノーボード、ブーツを受け取りに来た際には、迅速に取り出して手渡す

• 常に熱意を持ち、プロフェッショナルな接客サービスを提供する

• 来店したお客様を笑顔で迎え、必要なサポートがあるか確認する

• サービスサイクルの手順を常に遵守する

• 作業エリアを常に清潔・安全・整理された状態に保つ

• 機材を正しくラックに保管し、整然とした状態を維持する

• 他のスタッフと連携し、商品の在庫状況や可用性を共有しながら必要に応じて業務をサポートする

• ホテル入口周辺の除雪作業

• ご家族のお客様に対して、スキー・スノーボード機材の配置やラベリングをサポートする

• その他、指示された業務

勤務時間：

• 週30～40時間勤務

• 8時～21時の間でシフト制

給与:

• 時給制。経験・能力考慮の上決定。書類選考の後、面接の際にお伝えいたします。
