Key Responsibilities:

• First guest contact in resort and walk in bookings

• Assist with guest check in and registration

• Open and close of Sales Locations

• Provide fast and accurate information for guest enquires

• Co-ordinate with NISS/HPG/Adventure Park Operations to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in English, verbal and written

• Excellence in Customer Service

• Japanese/Mandarin Language skills beneficial

• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast paced environment

• Eligible for Japanese Working Holiday Visa or Japanese National

• Preferably, those who can communicate in Japanese and Chinese.

Work Hours:

• Max 40 hours per week

• Shift work between 8:00 am - 8:30 pm

Transportation Access:

• Transportation expenses are provided for those who commute from their own place/homes (up to 45,000 yen/month)

Pay Rate:

• Depending on previous experience , please ask us at your interview  :)  Possibility of higher hourly wage if you are Bilingual (English, Chinese)

• Overtime pay   (25% increase in hourly wages.)

• Holiday work pay  (35% increase in hourly wages.)

• ビジネスレベルの日本語スキル

• 明るく・礼儀正しい方

• 他のスタッフと協力して仕事が出来る方

• 英語でのコミュニケーションスキルがあれば尚良い（口頭・ライティングの両方）

• 日本語・中国語でのコミュニケーション出来る方優遇

勤務時間：

• シフト勤務     1日6時間 ～ 8時間、 週に最大40時間勤務

• 8：00 ～20：30の間でのシフト制
