The Faculty of Education has set up a Print Centre in 2-111S Education North, formerly part of RISE, as a central area that will allow faculty and staff to do their photocopying and secure printing, as well as to access basic office supplies.
To connect to the new print centre, printer drivers will need to be installed on your workstation.
If you are on campus, put in an IST ticket ([email protected]) and IST will make arrangements with you to set up connections on your workstations or laptops. IST will explain which printer your secure print jobs will go to.
Once you are connected to the new printers, you will need to add a passcode to prevent other people from accessing your print jobs. Follow these instructions to set up secure print (specific instructions for Windows and Mac should be available soon).
For your security, the printer does not print your job until you release it at the printer.
Note: choose a passcode that you will remember! There is no way to recover a print job if you don’t remember the passcode. You will use the same passcode for all of your printouts.
You will pick up your printouts in 2-111S Education North, formerly part of RISE.
Please contact [email protected] for the door codes to access the print service centre.

If you have forgotten your Secure Print passcode there is no way to recover it. Repeat the steps in “Getting secure” to create a new passcode. Any jobs sent with the forgotten passcode will need to be sent again. Old, abandoned jobs will automatically expire after several days.
If you require the KEYPAD ACCESS CODES please contact [email protected]
You are able to photocopy from any available machine (no code is required at the machine).
If you do not have a computer on campus, it is also possible to print directly from a USB or flash drive, or from your Google account. There is a computer set up in the Print Centre that can print to any of the machines.
