Conference Overview
Provide an engaging and scholarly forum for clinical and translational scientists and institutional leaders from across the nation to learn about and contribute to evidence-based and sustainable approaches to mentorship education that are scalable and culturally responsive.
Convene a meeting of mentorship experts, practitioners, institutional leaders, and scholars across all career stages who are interested in collaborations to advance the quality of mentorship through education and research across the CTSA consortium.
Clinical and translational researchers from diverse backgrounds and career stages including leaders at CTSA hubs and affiliated institutions with a professional interest and commitment to improving and diversifying workforce development and fostering a climate of inclusive excellence through best practices in mentorship.
The conference was designed with an intentional focus on inclusivity including specific efforts aimed at promoting participation by traditionally underrepresented colleagues.
