Abstract submission

An extended abstract (about 300 words) should be submitted electronically using the form below.

The deadline for submission is 30 April 2025. 

Presenters may have a discussant assigned to their paper if a working paper is provided by the same date.

Authors will be notified on the acceptance of the submission no later than 10 May 2025.

The submissions to the 2025 Workshop are now closed.

Participation fee

A non-refundable participation fee is 150 euro (or: 650 zloty). Reduced fee for PhD students is 100 euro (or: 430 zloty). 

The fee should be paid after the abstract has been accepted, no later than on 27 May 2025. 

The fee includes access to all conference sessions, as well as coffee break, lunches on both days, and conference dinner on the first day of the workshop. Accommodation and travel costs are not included.

The participation fee should be paid by a bank transfer. Bank account details will be provided once the submission is accepted.
