Welcome to the online collaboration site for the CBP3 Technical Assistance project and Learning Network. 

This site is for participants in the CBP3 Learning Network to share and access learning resources, ideas, and best practices as they develop stormwater projects using CBP3 and other forms of alternative procurement, and pursue technical assistance through the CBP3 Technical Assistance (TA) Project. 

This site also serves as a place where important learning network event details (such as monthly meeting logistics and materials) are organized and easily accessible to members.
