FAQ
I am not sure that match the publication requirements in the job ad. Shall apply?
Please be not scared by the publication requirements: These vary across subfields and the evaluators of the applications know this! Please message me if you have questions.
Münster is a very nice city but I'm more of a Cologne person...So...
Cologne is commutable from Münster....and team-bulding and learning requires seeing each other on a regular basis. I'm sure we will find a way to make it work. :)
I'm unsure if I perfectly match your profile description...So maybe I should not apply?
No. You definitely should apply. Nobody is perfect, nobody is "the" perfect fit for a job advert.
Do you want me to work on a specific project that you have in mind?
No. The idea is that you bring your ideas! Again collaboration is a can, not a must!
I don't understand the mobility rules. Can I still apply?
They are indeed a bit tedious, but in short: They mean you cannot have lived in Germany for more than 12 months within the past three years.
How flexible is the starting date?
Somewhat flexible! Ask me via email.
Please contact me if you have any other questions!!!!
