Discovery Education

The Office of Science is committed to ensuring that our students receive an excellent science education.  This includes access to rigorous curriculum, equitable distribution of resources, and exposure to meaningful experiential opportunities. We believe in the importance of three-dimensional learning, quality professional development, and relevant lesson design and implementation.  The expectation is that students acquire deep conceptual understanding, all while critiquing arguments with evidence, asking questions, and solving problems about the world around them.
