Requirements

All participants in public programs as well as volunteers must adhere to the following requirements.

• Waiver of Liability: All participants must bring a signed copy of the waiver of liability/ photo release below.  If you do not want to be included in photos (which could end up on this website or in marketing), please let us know at the event so we can avoid taking photos of you.  The waiver of liability is posted below - please print, sign, and bring along with you.  If the event allows children and you are bringing children along, each child will also need a waiver signed by their parent or guardian.

• What to bring: Please bring the following with you:

  • Sunscreen/ hat

  • Water bottles/ snacks  (feel free to pack a cooler, but remember we are a school, so alcohol is prohibited)

  • Optional: Gardening or work gloves if volunteering (we will have some available, but you are welcome to bring your own if you would prefer)
