This role took place at Loma Linda University where I was a Digital Education Specialist. In this role I spent my time on various projects related to eLearning.
I balanced offline and online tools to create trainings and learning guides for university instructors, staff and students so they could leverage various digital tools and processes for eLearning success.

Soft skills are interpersonal and communication skills that are essential for success in any career, but they are especially important for digital education specialists. Digital education specialists work with a variety of stakeholders, including teachers, students and administrators. They need to be able to build relationships, collaborate effectively, and communicate clearly and concisely in order to be successful.
