Our Vision, Values and Aims were refreshed in August 2021 in consultation with our learners, parents and staff. Please take a look at the presentation below which details how we used everyone's voice to create this. Taking into account our strengths, our development needs and the uniqueness of our nursery and school's context; our vision details where we are heading for the future, our aims detail what we plan to do to get there and our values are the behaviours our school community will display to support us on our journey.
Our Vision - School
Putting Learners at the HEART
We are proud to say that we put learners and their voices at the HEART of every decision we make at Milltimber School. We strive to create an ethos that is inclusive, welcoming, nurturing and respectful. We understand the central part we play in our diverse community and value celebrating our successes together. Working in partnership with parents, we know our learners well and our clear and consistent approaches to quality learning and teaching support and challenge our learners to reach their full potential. Our curriculum is designed to meet the needs of all and helps develop skills for life, learning and work. We rise to this challenge through our commitment to leadership at all levels.
