KEYCATRICH SALAD

This simple salad tastes fresh and delicious. Judging by some of the other dishes she makes, Monica should really stick to these basics!

Ingredients

Divide the greens among 4 bowls and top each bowl with equal amounts of feta cheese, grape tomatoes, cucumber, black olives, and red onion.
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and oregano. Whisk until thoroughly combined.
Dress the salad with vinaigrette and serve.
