I am a Senior Lecturer (Associate Professor) in Economics at  Cardiff Business School, Cardiff University, a fellow at the Global Labor Organization (GLO), and a member of the ESRC Peer Review College. I am also a co-investigator of the GW4 Maternity Leave Network. 

Between 2023 and 2025, I was a Research Fellow funded by ADR UK (Administrative Data Research UK), an Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) investment (part of UK Research and Innovation). You can read more about my ADR UK Research Fellowship project here.

I received my PhD in Economics from the IDEA Graduate Program at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
