Welcome to my personal Website! Here you can find information about my research and my professional activities.
In short: I am Deputy Head of ZEW's (Leibniz Centre for European Economic Research) Inequality and Public Policy group. I am affiliated with the University of Mannheim as a member of the Bonn-Mannheim Collaborative Research Center TR 224 funded by the German Research Foundation (DFG). I am also a member of the Vfs Standing Field Committee on Macroeconomics, a research fellow at IZA (Institute of Labor Economics) and at GLO (Global Labor Organization). I was a member of the Greek National Minimum Wage Experts Committee from 2022-2025. Previously I was a (tenured) economist at the Bank of Italy and an external lecturer at the European Business School.
I received my PhD from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid under the supervision of Nezih Guner.
